The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) are taking a stand against suicide. That means standing against feeling rubbish, standing up to stereotypes, and standing with the nation to show life is always worth living.

Anyone can feel suicidal. So CALM make standing against suicide a way of life for everyone, so no one has to struggle on their own. They’re here to empower anyone who’s struggling to get help, and show them that life is always worth living by offering life-saving support, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together across the UK to reject living miserably.

CALM’s free, confidential helpline answered over 157,000 calls and chats from people struggling last year. But they can’t do it alone. Join us in supporting CALM and saving lives. For more information head to www.thecalmzone.net
