Following the success of the 2018 Awards we are delighted to announce the launch of the 2019 ARMA ACE Awards.
The Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK's leading managing agents and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders.
The Awards are free to enter and open to ARMA Members, Associates and Partners. We also have two categories for external suppliers to ARMA Members – firms who supply excellent products and services to our Members.
2018 Winners can be viewed here
We recognise business is all about people and we have introduced several categories not covered by other awards. These include an award for smaller managing agents, corporate social responsibility, service charge accountants, apprentices, property personality of the year, unsung hero, local suppliers and, for the first time, an Honorary Industry Award.
The winners will be revealed at our glittering Dinner & Ceremony on Friday 5th July 2019 (6pm – 1am) in the stunning surroundings of Tobacco Dock, London E1W 2SF. Tobacco Dock, a 19th century restored dockyard venue, will provide a spectacular backdrop to a fun-packed evening of live music, fine dining and first-class entertainment.
Dress code is black tie for men and cocktail or evening dresses for women, but we are having a neon theme this year, so please feel free to enhance your attire with anything neon!

ARMA’s charity partner for the Award’s is Dementia UK.
Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through our Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult, our nurses work alongside people with dementia and their families: giving them the one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions they need, and that can be hard to find elsewhere.
Admiral Nurses are continually trained, developed and supported by Dementia UK. Families that have their support have someone truly expert and caring by their side – helping them to live more positively with dementia in the present, and to face the challenges of tomorrow with more confidence and less fear: www.dementiauk.org
