Given the growing concerns around COVID-19, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the ARMA ACE Awards on 26th June this year.
Awards Dinner, Friday 26th June 2020 (6.30pm – 1am) at Old Billingsgate, London EC3
We are delighted to announce the launch of the 2020 ARMA ACE Awards!
The Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of over a million leaseholders.
The Awards are free to enter and are open to ARMA Members, Associates and Partners. We also have a category for external suppliers – firms who supply excellent products and services to our Members.
2019 Winners can be viewed here
We have listened to Members and Partners and introduced 4 new categories this year - People Manager of the Year, Best Leaseholder Engagement Project, Excellent Health & Safety Management and Insurance Broker of the Year - categories not covered by other awards. We also have our usual ever-popular favourite categories.
We understand the entry process can be time-consuming, so we have made the process easier this year with a reduced wordcount on our entry form.
Entries for the Awards have been suspended
If you have any queries about the awards contact Naomi Fletcher at ARMA on

The winners will be revealed at our glittering Awards Dinner on Friday 26th June 2020 (6.30pm – 1am) in the fabulous riverside surroundings of our new venue of Old Billingsgate, 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, London EC3R 6DX.
This Victorian Grade II listed building in the heart of the City on the north bank of the River Thames was once a world-famous fish market. The striking historic structure is a remarkable part of London’s heritage and is situated on a beautiful terrace with unrivalled views of Tower Bridge, City Hall, The Shard and London Bridge.
ARMA’s charity partner for the Award’s is CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) exists because 125 people die by suicide every week in the UK and it’s the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45. We are leading a movement against suicide, through frontline services, national campaigns, and by building communities.
Our helpline and webchat are open 365 days a year offering practical suggestions for all of life’s problems and vital intervention if someone’s in imminent risk. We support anyone and everyone that needs us.
Through our campaigns we challenge stereotypes and challenge the stigma that prevents people talking about suicide. And we use music, comedy, sport and anything in between to get our message across and to help people find the strength to seek help.
Need help? Contact our helpline 5pm-midnight, 365 days a year, on 0800 58 58 58, or visit www.thecalmzone.net
