The 2023 ACE Awards will recognise the leading lights among UK managing agents, their suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of millions of leaseholders.
For 2023, attendees can also look forward to four new award categories and a return to the unique London venue of Old Billingsgate on the bank of the Thames. Many awards remain open to IRPM members, too, so expect strong competition for every trophy!

With a new building safety regime, a cost-of-living crisis and ever-increasing demands on workers, there’s never been a better time to celebrate the efforts of the sector’s professionals. The ACE awards will be free to enter and are open to ARMA Members, Associates and Partners along with IRPM Associates and Members.

For 2023 we’ll return to unique London venue of Old Billingsgate on the bank of the Thames to reveal our winners at a glittering Awards Dinner on Friday 16th June 2023 (6pm – 12:30am).
