On-Site Staff Member of the Year

Who should enter?

This is an individual award for ARMA Member employees or IRPM Members based on-site (e.g. concierge, porter, caretaker, estate manager, etc) at a property managed by an ARMA member.

Nomination criteria

Entries for this award need to be nominated by a colleague and approved by a director.

Judging criteria

The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:

• Skill in performing role
• Responding to leaseholder needs
• Approachable and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
• Specific challenges that were overcome
• A summary of why you think your nominee should win this award
