Judges

The judging panel will be made up of senior property professionals, entirely independent of ARMA, and their decision shall be final. ARMA will not be involved in the judging process. The judges will make their decisions based on the criteria listed for each category and they will be looking for clear examples of good management and/or practice that have led to the improvement in the lives of leaseholders.

Not all the awards advertised will be awarded if the judges consider that the criteria have not been met. Judges will absent themselves from any discussions if they have a conflict of interest.

Shortlisted entrants will be announced in June 2022. Winning entries will be announced at the Awards Dinner and Ceremony on Friday 17th June 2022.
