Rising Star Award

Who should enter?

This individual award recognises an employee of an ARMA Member or ARMA Associate firm, or an IRPM Member, who has shown exceptional promise at an early point in their career and has demonstrated commitment to the business, ideas, and strong personal values.

Nomination criteria

Nominees for this award must have less than three years’ experience in the leasehold management sector. Entries can be self-nominated or nominated by a colleague and must be approved by a director.

Judging criteria

The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:

• Positive contributions to the business have exceeded expectations
• Examples or evidence of creativity, innovation and rapid progress
• Shows enthusiasm, passion and drive
• A summary of why your nominee should win this award
