Who should enter?

Managing agents that are full ARMA Members (not Associates). We encourage entries from smaller firms that may not have a dedicated HR person but nevertheless have someone responsible for people management, as well as larger firms that have HR staff and/or regional managers responsible for managing people within their organisation.

Nomination criteria

Managing agents can enter themselves for this award – they do not need to be nominated.

Judging criteria

The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:

  • Demonstrate your firm’s commitment to employee learning and development to meet business objectives
  • How have you created a positive working culture that encourages presenteeism?
  • How you tailored your benefits strategy to support the varying needs of employees
  • How have you offered greater flexibility to help support employees manage their work-life balance?
  • How have you supported employees in managing their own physical, stress management and wellbeing?
  • A summary of why you think you should win this award.
