Who should enter?
This is a company award for Members, Associates and Partners that can demonstrate excellence in customer service.
Firms can enter themselves for this award – they do not need to be nominated.
The judges will be looking for evidence to support your entry in the following areas:
- Demonstrate quality of service
- Examples of excellence in customer service
- Cite difficult challenges that were faced and how they were overcome
- Best practice in client communications
- Staff training/development
- A summary of why you think you should win this award
